Club and Exchange Data

- Albums logged in your crate (title, artist, year, cover art, notes)
- Shipping status of exchanges
Album Information
When you search for albums, we use the Discogs API to retrieve album metadata (title, artist, year, cover art). This information is stored to display your collection.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Facilitate vinyl record exchanges between club members
- Share your mailing address with your exchange partner so they can ship your record
- Display your profile and music preferences to other club members
- Send email notifications (club invitations, shipping updates, round summaries)
- Maintain your album collection (crate)
- Provide customer support
- Improve and optimize the Service
Information Sharing
With Other Members
The following information is visible to members of clubs you belong to:
- Your name and profile picture
- Your email address
- Your music preferences
- Albums in your crate (from shared clubs only)
When you are paired for an exchange, your mailing address is shared with your exchange partner so they can ship your record.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Database hosting and user authentication. Your data is stored securely in PostgreSQL databases hosted by Supabase.
